   Heres what to expect from Midwest Clean Care:

 

1) Taking extreme care of your well-being and furnishings when invited into your

     home or business.

2) Before bringing our equipment into your home or business our equipment and

     tools have been treated and wiped down with a disinfectant cleaner.

 

3) We wear gloves and foot covers as needed or requested.

 

4) Our cleaning agents (pre-treatment) and spotting agents are the most effective

     in the industry.

5) Pre-scrubbing or post-dry padding are performed as needed. There is no extra cost

     for this procedure.

 

6) All of our primary pre treatment has a disinfectant/deodorizer included. Free on

     every job. If the there is an extremely heavy odor issue such as urine or water

     damage, then an additional cost may be required. This of course is discussed

     ahead of time  prior to any cleaning.

 

7) High speed air movers are used to begin speed drying as needed or requested.

 

8) We provide an excellent Soilblocker to be applied to your carpet or upholstery to

     help slow down soiling or future staining. A price quote for this service will be on

     your initial price quote.

 

9) For commercial glue down carpets our low moisture cleaning system provides an

     excellent cleaning with a quick turn around for busy office foot traffic. Commercial

     or business properties, including medical facilites, are evaluated for the most

     effective cleaning system to use.

          10) With every cleaning, we give a  7 Day "OOPS" warranty.  If someone spills a drink

        or food, walks on the carpet with muddy shoes or whatever it may be, we'll come

        back out one time and clean that area. No charge as long as it is within 7 days of

        the original cleaning.
